Annual Hon. Theodore McMilian Black History Month program with the Mound City Bar Assocation will be Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the 21c Hotel Museum (1528 Locust Street, St. Louis, MO 63103) at 5:30 p.m.

The featured speaker will be Dean Twinette Johnson of the Saint Louis Univesity School of Law.
